LDC exits as fire safety firm finds new home
A Mansfield-based fire safety business has been acquired following a two-year period of expansion that saw revenues rise by almost three-quarters and EBITDA nearly triple.
Integrated Doorset Solutions Group (IDSL), which provides fire door manufacturing, inspection, maintenance and related compliance services, has been acquired by Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG).
The deal marks the end of a partnership with private equity investor LDC, which backed IDSL's management team in May 2024.
