A Loughborough vehicle hire business has filed a second notice of intention to appoint administrators, just six months after buying the operations of Reflex Vehicle Hire through a pre-pack deal.
Reflex Fleet Solutions filed its latest notice today, following its first NOI on Wednesday 5 August through law firm Shoosmiths, securing protection from creditor action as it considers its next steps.
Options include a sale, refinancing, restructuring or administration.
