Construction starts on 295-home phase of Northampton development
Housebuilders Persimmon Homes and Charles Church Midlands have begun work on the latest phase of the Dallington Grange development on the north-western edge of Northampton.
The new phase will bring forward 295 homes on land next to Harlestone Firs, with Persimmon delivering 153 properties and Charles Church responsible for a further 122.
The homes will range from two to five bedrooms and form part of the wider Dallington Grange scheme, which is planned to deliver around 3,000 homes.
