Millions of customers hit by cyber attack on East Midlands Airport owner
Customer data belonging to 8.7 million people has been stolen in a cyber attack affecting East Midlands Airport and two other major UK airports.
Manchester Airports Group (MAG) confirmed on Thursday that an unauthorised third party had obtained customer information relating to East Midlands, Manchester and Stansted airports.
The stolen data includes email addresses, telephone numbers, vehicle registrations and postcodes.
