£48m logistics scheme gets underway
A £48m logistics development in Hinckley is set to move into its next phase, with two new warehouse units scheduled for completion in spring 2027.
The project will deliver a combined 772,340 sq ft of industrial and logistics space as demand for modern distribution facilities continues across the region.
