Masterplan commissioned for major Derby city centre regeneration site

Derby City Council has appointed planning and urban design firm Tibbalds to draw up a masterplan for a 6.7-hectare city centre regeneration site.

The residential-led Riverside North scheme covers land between Holmes Bridge and Causey Bridge, bounded by Derby's inner ring road and the River Derwent.
