Housebuilder unveils £41m plan for 131 homes near Nottingham

Housebuilder Honey has submitted plans for a £41.3m development of 131 homes in Hucknall.

The Sheffield-headquartered developer has also exchanged contracts on the 11.9-acre site off Dorothy and Delia Avenue, where it wants to build its Jasmine development.

Plans submitted to Gedling Borough Council include a mix of two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom properties across 14 different house types.
