95,000 sq ft industrial scheme set to take off
Five new industrial and warehouse units are set to be developed at a site in Somercotes, creating up to 95,000 sq ft of commercial space.
Birchwood Business Park, off Birchwood Way at Cotes Park Industrial Estate, has secured planning approval from Amber Valley Borough Council and will offer units ranging from 9,000 sq ft to 95,000 sq ft.
The scheme is being brought forward to meet demand from businesses across the manufacturing, logistics and distribution sectors, with the properties available to either buy or rent.
