Tiling specialist agrees new Kettering base
Tiling specialist Richmond Ceramics is moving to larger premises in Kettering after agreeing to a 10-year lease on a new industrial unit.
The company, which works across both residential and commercial projects, is relocating from its existing base on the south side of the town to Vernon Court on Telford Way.
The 6,403 sq ft unit is expected to become operational in late autumn once the move is complete.
BTG Eddisons acted for the landlord on the deal, with the property agency team handling negotiations for the new letting.
