John Shepherd expands Nottingham lettings operation with FHP Living deal
John Shepherd is expanding its presence in Nottingham’s residential lettings market through an agreement to bring the lettings arm of FHP Living into its business.
The move forms part of the Lomond-owned agency’s wider growth across the East Midlands and follows its acquisitions of Uni2rent and Tassi.
FHP Living has built a presence across Nottingham and West Bridgford, covering residential lettings and property management alongside a growing student lettings operation.
