Derbyshire-headquartered Nuvo Group has acquired Rainworth corporate law firm AG Corporate Law as it continues an acquisition drive designed to propel it into the UK's top 25 accountancy firms.
AG Corporate Law has been rebranded as Nuvo Legal, creating a new legal services division within the professional services group.
