Dove Valley Park secures 350,000 sq ft logistics letting
Two units at Dove Valley Park have been let to a third-party logistics business in a deal covering more than 348,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space.
DVP 152 and DVP 196, extending to 152,728 sq ft and 195,678 sq ft, have been leased to Super Smart Service on new 15-year leases.
The units form part of the Axis Portfolio developed by Hines, the global real estate investment manager, at the 200-acre employment park off the A50, around 12 miles west of Derby.
