Legal recruiter Bygott Biggs has promoted David Mayfield to director and Richard Betts to associate director.

Leicestershire-based Qdos Consulting has promoted David Barratt to head of operations for HR, HS and training services. Barratt has been with Qdos since June 2013.

Meanwhile, Kelvin Locke has joined the Qdos team as head of sales and Pratik Unadkat has also joined the business as HR, HS and training coordinator.
