Proactive recruitment firm expands into Derby
Proactive Personnel has bought a 2,700 sq ft office space in Derby after expanding in to the city.
In a deal brokered by FHP Property Consultants the recruitment business has signed a lease for 50 Babington Lane in the city centre.
Matthew Crossfield from Proactive Personnel said: “We were looking to expand into Derby in the next stage or our organic growth and the premises offer the right
mix of high street position and office facilities within a bustling part of the city.”
Tim Richardson from FHP Property Consultants added: “We are pleased to secure Proactive Personnel who will add to the vibrant mix along this street. Babington Lane is becoming increasingly popular being a stone’s throw from the Intu Centre and with excellent access from the ring road and good parking nearby. Rents are still amongst the most competitive in the city”
Proactive Personnel has nine offices offices in the West Midlands, Shropshire and the North West. For the 12 months to 31 December 2014, the business made a profit of £520,431 on a turnover of £24.7m.
