Timico gets UNiDAYS connected

Timico, the Newark-based IT, internet and communications firm, has won a contract with fast-expanding UNiDAYS.

Timico has supplied UNiDAYS with its cloud-based Unified Communications (UC) product, Synergy. In addition to standard office telephony, Synergy provides video, messaging, mobility, conferencing and collaboration.

Tom Peach-Geraghty, head of IT operations at UNiDAYS said: “Due to the speed at which we are growing, we need to be able to pick up a phone, pop it in the new office and for it to work straightaway – that’s what Timico provided us with. Synergy was easier to implement and install than any other phone system I’ve used in the past. Expansion and global reach are an important part of our strategy and to have a communications partner that enables and supports that is fantastic.”
