Ses Memhi

Ses is a tax specialist with over 19 years of experience. He qualified as a Chartered Tax Adviser and successfully passed and was called to the BAR – which is a qualification to become a practising barrister. Having joined Claritas in January 2015, as the 4^th fee earner in the business, he now heads our East Midlands office and is also our national head for Transactions Tax.

It goes without saying that I enjoy a technical challenge, finding practical solutions to meet a client’s commercial objectives. However, I also thoroughly enjoy interacting with clients and my peers in the industry. I spend a lot of time advising on both sell-side and buy-side transactional work, corporate reorganisations, and reconstructions. I also advise all stakeholders with an interest in the process.

My aim is always to provide practical, focused and clear advice to ensure all stakeholders understand what it means for them. I do also occasionally like to get away from my desk which is why you might see me at the various events in the East and West Midlands.
