Tom founded Impression alongside business partner Aaron in November 2012. Since then, the agency has gone from strength to strength, achieving incredible results and winning a range of awards.
Tom started his career as a systems software developer for a Fortune 500 engineering consultancy. Following this role and after completing a degree in Computer Science at the University of Leeds, Tom joined a high growth SME in the energy sector where he became the Head of Marketing.
Today, his role largely oversees the operational side of Impression. Alongside the management team, Tom is committed to making Impression a great place to work for the team to deliver great results to its growing number of clients.
