However, the submitted application proposes 239 dwellings, which is 18 more than the draft allocation.<\/p>\n<p>Section 106 agreement means the developer will make various financial contributions, including \u00a3160,072 for the Newbold Verdon Medical Practice, \u00a37,235 for the local library, and over \u00a31m for local
