While maintaining their pragmatic approach to commercial viability, the scheme introduces architectural elements more commonly associated with high-end residential developments: vertical gardens, contemporary cladding systems, and premium ground-floor amenities.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Forester House, which has stood empty since 2017 and formerly housed Job Centre Plus, will not be demolished; instead, the existing concrete frame will be wrapped in new materials.<\/p>\n<p>T&amp;T Assets Group, which specialises in converting vacant commercial properties into residential developments across the Midlands, has previously delivered projects in Derby, Nuneaton, Loughborough, and Burton.<\/p>\n<p>The company is pursuing a two-phase planning strategy: internal works have been approved under
