Development finance lender Atelier has completed a \u00a312.5m facility to support the delivery of 37 new homes in Matlock, Derbyshire.<\/p>\n
The funding will back a 24-month ground-up residential scheme delivered by Stancliffe Homes, comprising 26 private properties and 11 affordable homes.<\/p>\n
It includes a mix of detached houses and bungalows, ranging from three to five bedrooms, each with private gardens and parking.<\/p>\n
Located in the Peak District town of Matlock, the site benefits from elevated views across the surrounding landscape, while remaining close to local amenities and the town centre.<\/p>\n
