A fashion retailer has committed to a new store at Lincoln\u2019s Waterside centre, marking another leasing success for the regenerated retail and leisure destination.<\/p>\n
Superdry & Co will occupy an 11,200 sq ft, two-storey unit at the scheme, with a full fit-out now underway ahead of an expected opening at the end of July.<\/p>\n
The new store will introduce the brand\u2019s latest menswear and womenswear ranges to the city, strengthening Waterside\u2019s position as a key retail hub for Lincoln and the wider region.<\/p>\n

The new store will see womenswear located on the ground floor, with menswear positioned on the upper level, creating a significant retail footprint within the scheme alongside existing brands including H&M, Next, Rituals, The Body Shop, New Look, Accessorize and Office.<\/p>\n
Wykeland has continued to reposition Waterside through investment and active asset management, attracting new occupiers and extending leases as part of its wider regeneration strategy for the 130,000 sq ft centre.<\/p>\n
