Taylors Estate Agency<\/strong> has appointed property professional Sam Cable as branch manager of its Rothley office.<\/p>\n

Cable brings more than 15 years of experience in the local property market and joins a team with more than three decades of combined estate agency experience.<\/p>\n

The independent estate agency said the appointment would strengthen its presence in Rothley and the surrounding villages.<\/p>\n

Cable said: \u201cWe believe moving home should be a positive experience. By working with a smaller number of clients, we’re able to offer a much more personal service and be there for our customers from start to finish.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat’s something that’s becoming increasingly rare in the industry.\u201d<\/p>\n

Taylors Estate Agency said its approach focuses on maintaining a smaller client portfolio to provide a more personalised service throughout the house-buying and selling process.<\/p>\n

Land development and property consultancy, Mather Jamie<\/strong> has strengthened its commercial property offering with the appointment of James Straw as associate director and Head of Commercial Valuations and Professional Services.<\/p>\n

Straw joins Mather Jamie with more than 10 years of experience in the property sector and a strong track record in commercial valuation and professional services. A Chartered Surveyor since 2017, he holds both an undergraduate degree in History and Geography and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate.<\/p>\n

In his new role, Straw will lead the firm’s commercial valuations and professional services department, advising clients on a wide range of matters including commercial valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals, Expert Witness instructions, investment acquisitions and disposals, and strategic property consultancy.<\/p>\n

He will also play a key role in supporting commercial development projects, providing guidance on viability, site optimisation and market positioning, while assisting clients with asset management strategies designed to maximise value and income.<\/p>\n

Straw said: “Mather Jamie has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality advice and maintaining strong client relationships, making it an exciting business to join. The opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced and collaborative team was a major attraction for me.
