Private client legal services provider Rothley Group has completed an eight-figure funding agreement with HSBC UK, providing the business with additional financial flexibility to support its next stage of growth while refinancing its existing debt facilities.<\/p>\n
The funding package has been structured to strengthen the group’s balance sheet and provide enhanced working capital as it continues to invest across the business.<\/p>\n
It follows a sustained period of expansion, during which Rothley Group has tripled the size of its workforce over the past three years.<\/p>\n
Operating through its Rothley Law and Money Redress businesses, the group plans to use the new facilities to increase investment in its operations, support future growth initiatives and strengthen its nationwide presence.<\/p>\n
Headquartered in Leicester, Rothley Group operates from offices across Bristol, Birmingham, Leeds, London, Manchester, Milton Keynes and Reading.<\/p>\n
The business expects the investment to help drive a significant uplift in revenue by the end of the year while providing greater capacity to expand its service offering.<\/p>\n
