Belvoir Farm Drinks has reported another year of strong trading, with the premium soft drinks manufacturer benefiting from resilient UK demand, operational improvements and continued investment in its brand.<\/p>\n
Turnover increased by 8.4% to \u00a327.8m in the year to 31 December 2025, while pre-tax profit rose 45.8% to \u00a32.0m from \u00a31.4m a year earlier. Profit after tax also improved to \u00a31.5m, up from \u00a31.1m in 2024.<\/p>\n
The Nottingham-based business said strong UK sales were driven by favourable summer weather and the success of its expanded “Taste Obsessed” marketing campaign, despite continued competition across the soft drinks market. Export performance was more challenging, particularly in the United States, where trade tariffs weighed on sales.<\/p>\n
Gross margins returned to more normalised levels during the year despite the complexity of sugar and packaging reduction projects and the introduction of Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) legislation. The company said improved supplier agreements, operational efficiencies and increased factory utilisation also contributed to margin growth.<\/p>\n
Belvoir Farm ended the year with shareholders’ funds of \u00a312.6m, up from \u00a311.3m, while cash reserves increased to \u00a33.9m from \u00a33.0m. The company remains debt-free with no structured external borrowings.<\/p>\n
Looking ahead, the board said it expects sales growth to continue in 2026 as the business focuses on brand development, product innovation, operational efficiency and sustainability.<\/p>\n
During the year, Belvoir Farm achieved B Corp certification and continued investing in packaging reduction, wastewater reduction and renewable energy generation, while maintaining zero waste to landfill. The company has also reaffirmed its commitment to achieving net zero Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2035.<\/p>\n
The directors noted that inflationary pressures, volatile input costs, regulatory change and international trading conditions remain key risks for the business.
