Invesco Real Estate has expanded its UK logistics portfolio with the acquisition of a 526,736 sq ft distribution facility at Midlands Logistics Park in Corby.<\/p>\n
Completed on behalf of a German separate account, the deal sees Invesco take ownership of a modern logistics asset occupied by Europa Worldwide Group. The purchase price has not been disclosed.<\/p>\n
Built in 2020, the facility benefits from strong environmental credentials, with an EPC A rating and a BREEAM In Construction Very Good certification.<\/p>\n
The acquisition forms part of Invesco Real Estate\u2019s wider European logistics investment strategy, following a number of recent sector transactions as the firm continues to seek opportunities in key industrial locations.<\/p>\n
