Real estate investment manager Europa has secured an \u00a389.1m green loan from HSBC UK to support two recently completed logistics developments.<\/p>\n
The financing will be used against Panattoni Park South Normanton and Panattoni Park Rotherham, two newly developed and stabilised logistics assets created in partnership with developer Panattoni.<\/p>\n
Both facilities are occupied through long-term leases with established businesses operating across sectors including e-commerce, pharmaceuticals and automotive.<\/p>\n
Located in the East Midlands, Panattoni Park South Normanton provides 575,000 sq ft of warehouse space within an established logistics location. The site benefits from access to the wider motorway network, providing links across the Midlands, including Birmingham, Derby and Nottingham.<\/p>\n
Panattoni Park Rotherham comprises 710,000 sq ft and sits within the M1-M18 corridor, offering connectivity to major northern markets including Leeds and Manchester. The facility operates as a national distribution centre for its anchor occupier, while also supporting last-mile delivery requirements across the Sheffield region.<\/p>\n
Both assets meet high environmental standards, achieving EPC A ratings and BREEAM \u2018Very Good\u2019 certification. The sustainability credentials reflect growing demand among occupiers and investors for energy-efficient logistics facilities.<\/p>\n
