Placefirst and Strata have completed the first phase of Chingford Meadows, a \u00a328.5m build-to-rent neighbourhood in Bilborough.<\/p>\n
The scheme, which will eventually comprise 104 family homes, is Placefirst’s first development in Nottingham and the second project delivered through its joint venture with Strata. The partnership aims to deliver 500 single-family rental homes across the UK by 2028.<\/p>\n
Once complete, Chingford Meadows will provide 70 three-bedroom and 34 four-bedroom homes, all designed specifically for the rental market.<\/p>\n
Placefirst will manage the development, providing residents with dedicated support and maintenance services.<\/p>\n
The homes have been built with photovoltaic solar panels, battery storage and electric vehicle charging points as part of a focus on improving energy efficiency.<\/p>\n
The development also strengthens Placefirst’s presence in the Midlands, taking the total number of homes being delivered through its partnership with Strata to 232.<\/p>\n
