Chesterfield’s Bar\u00e7a Bar has completed a \u00a3300,000 transformation, repositioning the business as an all-day hospitality destination with a new kitchen, expanded menus and redesigned customer offering.<\/p>\n
The investment sees the venue move beyond its established evening trade by introducing food service from 9am through to late evening, targeting growing demand for flexible spaces that cater for breakfast meetings, brunch, lunches and after-work drinks.<\/p>\n
A key part of the refurbishment is the installation of a new commercial kitchen, enabling Bar\u00e7a to serve food throughout the day for the first time.<\/p>\n
The refreshed menu includes brunch dishes, artisan sandwiches, Mediterranean-inspired tapas, pizzas, burgers and a range of main meals.<\/p>\n
The drinks offering has also been broadened to include speciality coffee, matcha, smoothies and wellness drinks alongside cocktails, wines, beers and alcohol-free options.<\/p>\n
Many of the ingredients continue to be sourced from owner Steve Perez’s nearby Walton Lodge Farm Estate, including free-range eggs, beef and honey, alongside produce from other local suppliers.<\/p>\n

We’ve gone from being known primarily as an evening venue to creating somewhere people can enjoy throughout the day. Whether it’s breakfast, speciality coffee, smoothies, brunch with friends, a business lunch or cocktails and tapas after work, we’ve created a destination that fits around the way people live today.<\/p>\n
