A Leicestershire golf and leisure venue has been brought to market with offers invited above \u00a34.5m following a period of significant investment across its facilities.<\/p>\n
Forest Hill Golf Club, near Leicester, is being marketed by international real estate adviser Savills alongside joint agents HMH Golf & Leisure on behalf of the joint administrators of Forest Hill Golf Club Limited.<\/p>\n
The freehold site, which continues to trade while the sale process takes place, spans approximately 119 acres and includes an 18-hole championship golf course, leisure facilities and a range of additional attractions.<\/p>\n
Located around eight miles west of Leicester with access to the M1, the venue features a 6,513-yard golf course, a 21-bay floodlit Trackman driving range, clubhouse facilities, a restaurant and bar, gym, fitness studio and golf simulator area.<\/p>\n
The site also includes the recently opened Anaconda Falls adventure golf course and land identified for a proposed 49-bedroom hotel, subject to planning approval.<\/p>\n
Forest Hill Golf Club has developed into a multi-income leisure business, generating revenue through memberships, green fees, food and beverage operations, health and fitness facilities, adventure golf and driving range activities.<\/p>\n
Recent investment has included refurbishment work across the clubhouse and driving range, alongside the introduction of new leisure attractions and technology-led golf facilities.<\/p>\n

Savills said the combination of an operational golf business, diverse revenue streams and recent investment could appeal to a range of potential buyers.<\/p>\n
