Law firm Browne Jacobson has expanded its banking and finance practice with the appointment of Paul Duggan as a partner.<\/p>\n
The appointment adds further expertise in debt finance and forms part of the firm’s wider strategy to build specialist teams across its UK and Ireland network.<\/p>\n
Browne Jacobson is headquartered in Nottingham and has offices across the UK and Ireland.<\/p>\n
Duggan advises on a broad range of debt finance transactions, with particular experience in acquisitions, management buy-outs and refinancing work.<\/p>\n
His clients include banks and other lenders, corporate borrowers, private equity firms and sponsors, as well as public sector and not-for-profit organisations.<\/p>\n
His arrival strengthens the firm’s ability to advise on banking and finance matters nationally, complementing its existing full-service legal offering.<\/p>\n

Duggan’s appointment takes the number of lateral partner hires made by Browne Jacobson across its UK and Ireland network to 15.<\/p>\n
