One of the largest new logistics facilities in the East Midlands has been let on a 15-year lease.<\/p>\n
Super Smart Service has taken the 362,289 sq ft Nottingham 360 development at Firth Way from Barwood Capital.<\/p>\n
The Grade A warehouse, developed through Barwood Capital’s Regional Property Growth Fund IV, is around five minutes from Junction 26 of the M1.<\/p>\n
The deal will provide additional capacity for Super Smart Service as it expands its UK fulfilment and distribution operations.<\/p>\n
Nottingham 360 comprises 329,415 sq ft of warehouse accommodation and 32,874 sq ft of offices and has recently reached practical completion.<\/p>\n
Michael Cheng at Super Smart Service said: “Nottingham 360 represents an important addition to our UK logistics network and will provide the capacity we need to support our continued growth.<\/p>\n
“The building’s scale, strategic location and excellent connectivity make it an ideal fit for our operational requirements, enabling us to further enhance our fulfilment and distribution capabilities across the UK.”<\/p>\n
The facility has an EPC A rating and BREEAM Excellent certification. It also achieved net zero in construction and has been designed to enable net zero operation.<\/p>\n
Barwood Capital said Super Smart Service secured the building following competition from other potential occupiers, with interest in the development increasing during 2026.<\/p>\n

Nottingham 360 was built by Winvic, with C4 Projects acting as project manager.<\/p>\n
