QMOVER MFS, which trades as Rylance Farm Foodservice, has\u00a0filed a notice of intention (NOI) through law firm Freeths, giving the company 10 days of protection from creditor action while it considers its options.<\/p>\n
Rylance Farm Foodservice operates from Rylance Farm Industrial Estate in Barton-under-Needwood and supplies fresh produce, meat, fish and other food products to commercial kitchens, caterers and other customers.<\/p>\n
The business also supplies the public sector through NHS procurement frameworks.<\/p>\n
QMOVER MFS was incorporated in 2020 and is linked to the wider Q-Mover group and Midlands Food Service businesses, which have decades of experience in food distribution.<\/p>\n
The company has built its operation around supplying fresh and chilled products to professional customers, with its activities including the wholesale of fruit and vegetables, meat and meat products, fish and other food products.<\/p>\n
The filing of an NOI does not mean administrators have been appointed.<\/p>\n
Instead, it provides the company with a short period of protection from creditor action while its directors and advisers assess the business and potential options for its future.<\/p>\n
