Five new industrial and warehouse units are set to be developed at a site in Somercotes, creating up to 95,000 sq ft of commercial space.<\/p>\n
Birchwood Business Park, off Birchwood Way at Cotes Park Industrial Estate, has secured planning approval from Amber Valley Borough Council and will offer units ranging from 9,000 sq ft to 95,000 sq ft.<\/p>\n
The scheme is being brought forward to meet demand from businesses across the manufacturing, logistics and distribution sectors, with the properties available to either buy or rent.<\/p>\n
Located alongside the A38 and just minutes from Junction 28 of the M1, the development will provide occupiers with direct access to the region’s major road network. The site will be accessed through the established Cotes Park Industrial Estate.<\/p>\n
Its position provides links to Derby via the A38, as well as onward connections through the M1, making the development suitable for businesses serving markets across the East Midlands and further afield.<\/p>\n
The new units will add to Somercotes’ established industrial base, providing modern premises for businesses ranging from growing regional operators to larger national occupiers.<\/p>\n
