Tiling specialist Richmond Ceramics is moving to larger premises in Kettering after agreeing to a 10-year lease on a new industrial unit.<\/p>\n
The company, which works across both residential and commercial projects, is relocating from its existing base on the south side of the town to Vernon Court on Telford Way.<\/p>\n
The 6,403 sq ft unit is expected to become operational in late autumn once the move is complete.<\/p>\n
BTG Eddisons acted for the landlord on the deal, with the property agency team handling negotiations for the new letting.<\/p>\n
Telford Way is Kettering’s main industrial and trading estate and is located close to Junction 7 of the A14, providing access to the wider UK road network as well as East Coast ports.<\/p>\n
