John Shepherd is expanding its presence in Nottingham\u2019s residential lettings market through an agreement to bring the lettings arm of FHP Living into its business.<\/p>\n
The move forms part of the Lomond-owned agency\u2019s wider growth across the East Midlands and follows its acquisitions of Uni2rent and Tassi.<\/p>\n
FHP Living has built a presence across Nottingham and West Bridgford, covering residential lettings and property management alongside a growing student lettings operation.<\/p>\n
The business was established in 2000 by David Hargreaves, John Proctor and Brian Fisher. It began as a residential development advisory firm in Nottingham\u2019s Lace Market before broadening into property sales, lettings and management.<\/p>\n
Its lettings operation will now become part of John Shepherd, bringing its local client base and established team together with the larger agency\u2019s Nottingham network and infrastructure.<\/p>\n
The deal comes as Nottingham continues to attract interest from property investors and landlords, with Lomond identifying the city as a key market for further growth.<\/p>\n
FHP Living will retain its residential sales and development consultancy activities, operating from its West Bridgford office under Jules Hunt and Jason Cook.<\/p>\n
