Superdry & Co is set to open at Derbion after agreeing a 10-year lease for a 3,576 sq ft store at the Derby shopping and leisure scheme.<\/p>\n

The new shop will bring the fashion brand\u2019s latest retail format to the city, following its rebrand last year, with womenswear, menswear and accessories alongside its Autumn\/Winter collections and outerwear.<\/p>\n

The store will also stock Bench, the streetwear brand added to the Superdry & Co portfolio earlier this year.<\/p>\n

The deal adds to a run of fashion lettings at Derbion, with Office, FatFace, Crew Clothing, Victoria\u2019s Secret and Seasalt among recent arrivals. Primark is also due to relocate to a new 50,000 sq ft store next year.<\/p>\n

Beth McDonald, managing director at Derbion, said: \u201cThe addition of Superdry to our line-up aligns well with Derbion\u2019s young shopper demographic, which continues to grow thanks to the rising student and young professional population. Superdry also continues the run of leading international brands coming to Derbion as we strengthen our position as the home of fashion in the East Midlands.\u201d<\/p>\n

Julian Dunkerton, Superdry & Co founder and CEO said: “Derby’s a great city, and Derbion is the perfect location to launch our new Superdry & Co store format. There’ll be customers who’ve known us for years and people who’ve never shopped with us, and I want all of them to experience how the brand has evolved and what we stand for now. We have a huge opportunity ahead, and I\u2019m thrilled to be opening new stores in 2026.\u201d<\/p>\n
