A new 111,739 sq ft industrial and logistics unit is being brought forward at Castlewood Business Park in Sutton-in-Ashfield, with the scheme available to businesses on either a freehold or leasehold basis.<\/p>\n
Developed by Clowes Developments, the standalone facility has planning consent and is being offered on a design-and-build basis.<\/p>\n
The building will provide 106,929 sq ft of warehouse space alongside first and second-floor offices, with a 12m haunch, 10 dock-level loading doors and four level-access doors.<\/p>\n

The latest development follows Clowes\u2019 acquisition of an additional plot at the business park and adds to the company\u2019s wider investment in the site.<\/p>\n
Amenities at the park include a Shell petrol station, convenience store, Greggs and Costa, while further retail and leisure facilities are available around Junction 28 and at FrasersPlus Designer Outlet East Midlands.<\/p>\n
