Two units at Dove Valley Park have been let to a third-party logistics business in a deal covering more than 348,000 sq ft of industrial and logistics space.<\/p>\n
DVP 152 and DVP 196, extending to 152,728 sq ft and 195,678 sq ft, have been leased to Super Smart Service on new 15-year leases.<\/p>\n
The units form part of the Axis Portfolio developed by Hines, the global real estate investment manager, at the 200-acre employment park off the A50, around 12 miles west of Derby.<\/p>\n
Dove Valley Park is occupied by a range of industrial and logistics businesses, including JCB, GXO, Uniphar, MEG and Truma.<\/p>\n
