A parcel of land in Rutland is being brought to auction with a guide price of \u00a38,000 as part of Bond Wolfe\u2019s next property sale.<\/p>\n
The 0.21-acre site at Stocken Hall Mews, near Stretton, comprises around 0.14 acres of grassland alongside a 0.07-acre copse forming part of the northern boundary.<\/p>\n
The property is being offered on behalf of the Ministry of Justice and will be sold freehold with vacant possession on completion.<\/p>\n
Located around nine miles north-east of Oakham, the land could attract interest from neighbouring property owners and other local buyers.<\/p>\n
Gurpreet Bassi, chief executive of Bond Wolfe, said: \u201cThis site may be of particular interest to those who live locally, particularly properties bordering the land, but any prospective purchasers must satisfy themselves concerning any conditions attached to the site.\u201d<\/p>\n
The site is within reach of Oakham’s amenities, including retail, hospitality, education and healthcare facilities, as well as its railway station.<\/p>\n
It is also approximately 13.9 miles from Grantham and 14.9 miles from Melton Mowbray, with access to the wider road network via the A1, A52 and A47.<\/p>\n
The land forms part of Bond Wolfe’s October auction, which features 170 lots and is due to begin at 8.30am on Thursday 22 October.<\/p>\n
