Greenfields Energy Group has recruited three new employees following a year of strong revenue growth, with further appointments planned as the energy consultancy expands its operations.<\/p>\n
The Midlands-based business, which advises companies on energy procurement, risk management and bureau services, reported a 69% increase in revenue during the 2025\/26 financial year. It is currently tracking 128% year-on-year revenue growth in the current financial year.<\/p>\n
Eleanor Quick has joined as account director, Emma Gorman has been appointed technical project manager, and Tom Ward has taken up a role in sales support.<\/p>\n
The latest hires bring Greenfields\u2019 team to 12, with the company planning to increase headcount to 15 during the first quarter of 2027.<\/p>\n

Greenfields works with businesses spending between \u00a3100,000 and \u00a35m a year on energy, helping them navigate procurement decisions, manage exposure to market volatility and control ongoing costs.<\/p>\n
Its client base includes manufacturing and industrial businesses, for which energy expenditure can have a significant impact on operating costs and profitability. Changes in production requirements, wholesale energy prices and regulation can all affect financial performance in these sectors.<\/p>\n
