Jack Hickey

Hickey, who previously served as head of sales and commercials, officially took up his new position on 1 November 2026.

Since joining Supernova Group earlier this year, Hickey has played a key role in strengthening the company’s commercial operations, developing its sales function and supporting the expansion of its services across the UK.

In his new role, Hickey will take responsibility for the group’s overall commercial strategy, with a particular focus on accelerating national growth, developing strategic partnerships, strengthening existing client relationships and expanding its range of property compliance services.

The business, which delivers over 1,000 asbestos surveys each month, has continued to diversify its offering, expanding beyond its core surveying operations into asbestos removal coordination, fire safety and wider property compliance solutions.

Annabel Brennan, chief executive officer of Supernova Group said: “Jack’s appointment marks an exciting milestone for Supernova Group as we continue to develop the business and expand our services nationwide.

“His focus will be on driving our commercial growth, strengthening our client relationships and identifying new opportunities as we continue to build on the success we’ve achieved.”

Hickey said: “It’s been an incredibly exciting period for Supernova Group. The growth we’ve achieved demonstrates the scale of the opportunity in front of us, but I genuinely believe we’re only scratching the surface of what this business can become.

“We have a fantastic team, a growing national presence and an expanding range of services that allow us to offer our clients much more than traditional asbestos surveying.

“My focus as Chief Commercial Officer will be on building sustainable long-term growth, developing strategic partnerships and ensuring we continue to deliver exceptional service as we scale. With the foundations we’ve established and the ambition across the business, I’m incredibly excited about what we can achieve over the coming years.”
