Since the 1980s Wigston’s retail economy has become increasingly dependent on national retailers. Up to 50% of retail in the town belongs to supermarkets and chain stores. We have identified a gap in the Wigston market to deliver smaller commercial units for independent businesses to operate in and diversify the high street with new business ventures.
All 9 apartments are designed with open plan kitchen diners, double bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, working from home desk areas, cosy lounges and secure key coded door access systems. The building will benefit from allocated car parking, a lift connecting floors & rooftop garden areas for our rooftop apartments.
