Regeneration set for historic Wolverhampton City building

The transformation of 22-24 Queens Square, located in the City of Wolverhampton is planned to commence over the next few weeks by Midland based Real Estate Development company Stonebridge Capital Property Group.

The upper 3 floors of the historic building will be converted into 10 luxury apartments and set for completion before the end of the year. The two ground floor units are to be retained for commercial use, maintaining a mixed use.

Stonebridge have identified the ‘Invest into Wolverhampton’ plan of regeneration and future growth and plan to contribute towards the City’s growth plan.

Ryan Thakrar, Head of Development at Stonebridge said: “We are extremely proud to be working on our first project in Wolverhampton, we are set to deliver this exciting project, which will create more luxury city living opportunities for people from across the city.

“As with any project, this scheme is about more than construction for us, we look forward to see an important building brought back to life.”
