Guests will hear from Jen Heeley-Wiggins, co-founder of The Spirit of Manchester Distillery, the company behind a number of award-winning spirits, including the widely popular Manchester Gin and One Eyed Rebel rums.
Their cocktail bar, Three Little Words, is based on-site, underneath the arches of Manchester Central.
