‘Momentum builds’ for Crescent Salford masterplan
Plans for the next stage of Adelphi Village in Salford have been approved and work is expected to begin on site within weeks.
263 one, two and three-bedroom apartments on Peru Street have been approved.The plans include 112 affordable, Passivhaus apartments mirroring those nearing completion at Willohaus.
Adelphi Village is the main residential area of the £2.5bn, 240-acre Crescent Salford masterplan and is designed to deliver more than 3,000 homes.
