Higgins has a Capital idea

ADAM Higgins, a former director of David Russell’s Property Alliance Group, has left the firm to set up his own business.
Higgins, who has been with Property Alliance Group for three years, has started a new company known as Capital Commercial Properties Ltd, which is registered at Bengal Street in Manchester’s Northern Quarter.
Prior to joining Property Alliance in October 2007 to grow its mixed-use regeneration business, Higgins had worked for Ask Developments on schemes including Rossetti Place in Manchester and the redevelopment of Urmston Town Centre. Prior to Ask, he worked for Peel Holdings.
Russell confirmed to TheBusinessDesk.com that Higgins has moved on from Property Alliance Group.
“Adam formally left at the end of December and has agreed to work as a consultant to our business ongoing,” he said.
