Film producer joins Prince’s networking group

A film producer who set up his company with help from The Prince’s Trust more than a quarter of a century ago years ago has joined the charity’s North West Leadership Group.
Walli Ullah received £3,000 from the charity and went on to grow his business into one of the largest and most successful film production company in the UK.
Mr Walli said: “The money and support received from The Prince’s Trust was fundamentally important to making my business a success. I didn’t have a clue how to set up or run a business. I had just left university and the banks wouldn’t give me the time of day.”
North West Leadership Group provides high profile business leaders the opportunity to network with high profile speakers.
Mr Walli added: “I have recently joined the charity’s North West Leadership Group. Its a very beneficial use of my time and enables me to make the most of the valuable networking opportunities, whilst raising money and heightening awareness of a worthwhile charity.”
The group’s next event will be an evening with Heather Small at Davenport Green Hall, Hale, on Thursday 25 June. For further information on the event and how the North West Leadership Group can help your business, contact Julia Worthington at The Prince’s Trust on 01244 403 067.
