Appointments: JMW grows private client; Vincents boosts property team

LAW firm JMW solicitors has appointed a new associate to its private client team.
 
Elaine Roche, from Altrincham, joins the private client team after spending more than five years at Brabners Chafe Street where she was a solicitor and assistant head of private client in their Manchester office.

Elaine specialises in trusts and tax planning as well as wills and estates and is STEP qualified.

LANCASHIRE-based law firm Vincents has strengthened its property services department with the appointment of Eamonn Wright.

Mr Wright,55, joins Vincents as a senior advisor to the firm’s residential and commercial conveyancing departments and will be based at the company’s head office in Preston.

Formerly with Leslie Harris of Blackpool and Lytham St Annes, Mr Wright started his law career in 1976. He qualified as an assistant solicitor in 1979, and became a partner in 1980. He remained as partner until he left the firm earlier this year to move over to Vincents.

Alan Vincent, partner at Vincents, said: “We are delighted to have Eamonn on board, bringing with him wealth of experience and knowledge. We feel Eamonn’s expertise will be pivotal to the future direction of the business.”

Mr Wright will join a team of 50 staff including 20 specialist lawyers, located in Preston, Garstang, Fleetwood and Knott End on Sea.
