Halliwells takes more space in Liverpool

LAW firm Halliwells is to move floors and take more space at The Plaza on Old Hall Street in Liverpool.

The firm, which currently occupies 21,000 sq ft on the 7th floor, will move to the 8th floor next March and will take an additional 2,000 sq ft of space. 

The new lease will run until 2031 and the firm will also have the option to take on additional space as it expands.

Jonathan Brown, managing partner at Halliwells, said: “The growth of the office over the last few years has resulted in the need for more accommodation. We looked at a number of alternatives throughout the city but have decided to stay at the Plaza as it provides first rate office accommodation and is conveniently located for staff and clients alike.”

Ian Austin, executive chairman at Halliwells, said: “Liverpool is very much important to our business and this is a significant development for the office.”
