AG hire dilapidations specialist

AG, the Project & Building Consultancy, has expanded its team with the appointment of dilapidations specialist, Dan Metcalf, in its Manchester office.

Dan joins AG after 4 years at commercial building surveyors Malcolm Hollis, prior to this he was with Lancashire based property investor and developer Northern Trust.

Dan has a vast array of experience within the commercial property market acting on behalf of a diverse range of occupiers and property owners.
